Well, I did get some sleep last night, even though I am still dead tired! I am so sore I can barely make it up and down stairs! Like I mentioned, the hunting was fun as always, a good time. But, it was getting to and from the sweet spot that was a pain. The water was low in the pot hole, so it was all mud (not what it looked like when me and Mike scouted it out two weeks ago and decided on it). I was wearing my waders and you buy them normally about a size larger for heavy socks in the late season. Well, it was 80 degrees yesterday and I wore dress socks under, so they were thin and could breathe.
Like I mentioned, it was all mud. It came up to my knees, and I had to trudge through about 60 yards of this. I was really, really hard work and I'm feeling it today!
Anyways, I feel like this blog is all about ME, ME, ME and I don't get to hear a whole lot about YOU, YOU, YOU. So this is me asking to let me know how you are doing. Leave me a comment with a "blog" about what's going on in your life!
